NOTES
1. There may have a slight sparkle effect due to mix of granite stone and acrylic, please in kind prevail.
2. It is highly recommended that your stonemason or installer cuts your benchtop using the exact measurement of the actual sink.
3. Due to different personal measuring techniques, there might be 1-5mm error of the physical, Is not considered a Manufacturer warranty issue.
4. Please clean the stone sink with soft cloths only. Do not use heavy-duty scourer pads and stainless steel scourers.
5. Any surface faults like chips, scratches or fading is not considered to be a quality problem in normal use.
6. If there are broken problems with the item please submit the related photos by messaging, we won't take responsibility for it when received over 48 hours, Hope for your understanding!
7. If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed. Any Cracked or chipped are not covered under warranty once installed. Thanks!
What is not recommended?
-Do not use Methylated spirits or similar for cleaning and avoid silicone being dropped by the stonemason or painter as this can leave stubborn stains. (We recommend covering the surface until installation of the sink has finished.
-Do not use Harsh chemicals such as bleach or alkaline substances-
-Do not place pots or pans onto the sink that have just been taken out of the oven-
-If you are draining boiling water into the sink we recommend cold water is run whilst doing this-
-Do not use Metal scouring pads or use the sink as a chopping board - Granite sinks are Durable however they can still chip if a hard substance is pressed against it.
