• Compatibility: JeepUniq mounts are designed for light accessories as specified in the Compatibility notes. Do not overload the mounts with accessories not listed as supported by JeepUniq.
• Modification: Do not modify the mounts in any way. Any alterations may compromise the safety and functionality of the product..
• Legal Compliance: It is important to obey all local state and federal laws when using JeepUniq mounts. Ensure that you are compliant with all regulations before hitting the trails.
• Safety Responsibility: The vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring that the mounts do not obstruct or interfere with the proper deployment of airbags in case of an emergency.

Extended Batteries

While our mount is versatile, it is important to note that it may not be compatible with extended batteries that:

• Make the radio too long, causing interference with the mount.
• Extend the depth of the device beyond secure mounting capabilities.
• Increase the weight of the device by more than 3oz.

We recommend utilizing a battery eliminator if battery life is a concern for your setup. Not only does it provide unlimited power, but it also ensures your handheld operates at maximum wattage consistently.

Installation Notes:

Tools Required: A piece of paper.

1. Slide the piece of paper between the mount and the grab bar to protect the grab bar from any minor scratching.
2. Using both hands, open the mount such that it can slide over the grab bar. Do not spread the mount more that strictly necessary!!!
3. Slide the mount as close to the driver side as possible, without forcing it.
4. Remove the piece of paper.
5. Lock the mount in place by inserting the locking piece included with the mount. We provide two locking pieces to fit various grab bar thicknesses.
6. Adjust the Driver Side mount to the desired angle by loosening the hinge bolts and then retightening them back. Do not over-tighten the bolts!!!

The JeepUniq Magnetic Attachment for Microphones

1. Remove the round button hanger from your microphone by unscrewing the small screw in its center.
2. Screw back in its stead the round steel plate included with your mount using the original screw.
