CHEMTOOLS 200ML RMA SOLDER FLUX BOTTLE

Liquid Flux, Rosin Mildly Activated (Rma) - 200Ml Bottle

A stable RMA liquid flux supplied in a convenient 200ml bottle for bulk storage and ease of application. The flux is an amber colour liquid and ideal for use with multi-layer, surface mount, densely populated and complex boards.

RMA200 is a medium solids, mildly activated liquid flux with a solvent rosin activation formulated to provide a post-process flux residue that is both insulating and non-hydroscopic and does not require cleaning. As a mildly activated rosin based flux,

RMA200 offers a wide process window, good cleaning properties, and excellent thermal transfer.

SPECIFICATIONS

Low-medium solids, mildly activated liquid flux with a solvent rosin activation, formulated to provide a post-process flux residue that is both insulating and non-hydroscopic and does not require cleaning.

ChemTools RMA Flux has a unique RMA proprietary formulation flux that combines superior mobility and spread with faster initial wetting action.

It is more effective and will maintain operating activity longer than conventional RMA-type fluxes. It has improved migration properties that assist wetting of through holes in multilayer and bottom-side SMD applications.

Solder spread is up to 50% greater than conventional RMA fluxes assuring excellent penetration of plated through holes.

ChemTools flux can be used with Soldering Irons, De-soldering irons, Rework Solder Fountains, Wave Soldering Equipment and Hot Air Rework Tools.
