BULK 10KG PINK HIMALAYAN BATH SALTS NATURAL CRYSTAL ROCKS BODY SCRUB
Bath salts for skin care, body scrub or therapy detox, among others, when used in their natural, pure form, contain many beneficial minerals and nutrients that may keep your skin smooth, soft, and supple. Some of the minerals found in bath salts include magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromide, and of course, sodium. Bath salts are water-soluble, pulverized mineral that are added to water to be used for bathing. They are said to improve cleaning, enhance the enjoyment of bathing, and serve as a vehicle for cosmetic agents.
Himalayan Rock Salt Granulates are not only incredibly affordable, they are very easy to use. Anyone can learn how to use bath salts and there are several ways to use them. Bath salts aren't just for bathing; you can use bath salts as scrubs, cleansers, and more.
How to Prepare for a Bath
For standard salt bath add one cup of Himalayan Bath Salt when you start running the water for bath. Most of the Salt Crystal will dissolve by the time the bath is ready. The ideal water temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius in order to match your body's natural temperature, which allows for maximum transfer of minerals to enter and toxins to be eliminated. You should not use any bath additives, soaps, or oils. Soak yourself for 20-30 minutes. After the bath please do not towel dry or rub dry but let the skin air dry naturally. A 15-20 minute rest after the bath may allow for final trace minerals to be absorbed through the skin. Once you take your first bath with Himalayan Salt Crystals you will never go back to your ordinary bath salt again.
